At the checkout, please add a note to your order with the email address you would like the Gift Card to be sent to*, the first name of the person that the Gift Card is for, and your first name.
The Gift Card will be filled in with this information and then sent via e-mail.
If no note is added to an order, the Gift Card will be left blank and sent to the e-mail address entered at checkout.
